Return Policy

At This is Electric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of EV chargers and cables and anything you buy on our website. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 36A Seaview Avenue, Taroona, Tasmania 7053.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
